This article analyzes the co-creation methodology in the development of teacher training courses. It is a network training process, which welcomes individual talents in search of collective success and in this process of personal and professional development. The general objective of the research was to analyze how the co-creation methodology of a teacher training course may have been constituted as a process of self-training of its members. The research carried out was of a mixed nature and the production of information was carried out through a semi-open questionnaire. Eleven (11) researchers from the Educational Paradigms and Teacher Training Group - PEFOP, composed of Brazilian and Portuguese researchers, participated in the research. The analysis of the information followed the research model and was mixed in nature. As a result, we showed that the experience guided by the co-creation methodology allowed researchers to reflect on themselves in the experience, enhancing the emergence of the subject, mainly due to the challenges generated by the methodology itself, which was constituted as a moment of individual and collective production, generating commitment and interrelationship between peers. We conclude that the co-creation methodology has great potential in building formative paths for the emergence of the subject, towards a new paradigm in Education.
